Shipping

All orders are shipped via Australia Post. Orders are packed and posted as quickly as possible, usually within one to two business days.

Returns

At Ronniet Creations, we are committed to your satisfaction. All orders are inspected before shipping, however we will gladly refund or replace any incorrect or defective item and most non-defective items, provided that you return them in the same state in which you received them. Please inspect your order upon receipt, as returns MUST be received WITHIN 10 DAYS of the shipping date of your order. The buyer accepts responsibility for any costs incurred when returning items for replacement or warranty purposes.

Incorrect or defective items

We stand by the high quality of our products and service. If we have made a mistake in your order, or if you received a defective item, we will gladly issue to you a full refund or replacement upon receipt and verification of the item.

Changed your mind?

If you received something and decide you don't want it after all you may return it and we will credit you for the cost of the item (shipping not included), as long as you return it within 30 days of the shipping date of your order and it is in its original condition.
